Manufacture premium quality gourmet confections using old-world recipes and processes initiated by the original founders, Thomas and Nicholas Aglamesis, nearly a century ago. The process continues to mostly be done by hand and relies on the talent and skill of highly trained confectionery artists. They are especially known for their deluxe cream centered chocolate confections.
